Our Mission
The Duneland Woodcarvers Club provides a forum for the exchange of information, ideas, and techniques concerning wood carving to its participants and other interested persons.
Our purpose is to create a greater understanding of woodcarving as an art form in the eyes of the general public, and to preserve and promote the art of woodcarving by generating an interest in becoming a woodcarver.

(Disclaimer: Woodcarving requires very sharp tools and there is an inherent danger. Knife cuts can cause serious injury. Woodcarving should be done under proper supervision, using safety gloves and finger-guards, with a skilled instructor until you learn the basics and safety precautions. Duneland WoodCarvers is not responsible for any injuries you inflict upon yourself or others as a result of carving at your home or at our locations or at other locations.
