Our club meets for open carving every Tuesday morning from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Woodland Park, 2100 Willowcreek Road, Portage, Indiana.
If coming West on Route 20, past Route 249, turn South (the first light after Route 249). The park is approximately 1/4 of a mile, on the right (West) side. The meeting is held in the Blue Spruce Building.
Our club also meets for open woodcarving on the third Sunday of each month at the Chesterton Art Gallery from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, except for June as the third Sunday is Father's Day. (Meeting upstairs at 115 South 4th Street, Chesterton, Indiana.)
The club does not meet when the May Primary or November election takes place or when a holiday falls on a Tuesday.
The Board will meet on the third Sunday in January, March, April, May (annual meeting), July and October. The meeting is open to all members and is held at the Chesterton Art Gallery at 2:00 PM. This is in addition to the normal wood carving meeting held every month, on the third Sunday, at the Chesterton Art Gallery at 2:00 PM, except for June as the third Sunday is Father's Day.
